O Berlinda News Entrevista – Especial Eleições 2020 já iniciou a cobertura desse 15 de Novembro. E o programa abriu conversando com os candidatos a prefeito e vice da coligação São Leopoldo em Primeiro Lugar, Professor Nado e Arthur Schmidt, que saíram do Colégio Pedrinho direto para o nosso estúdio. “Nós começamos cedo porque sabíamos que os candidatos jogariam panfletos na rua e isso se torna lixo. Fizemos então, um pequeno mutirão para limpar a frente da escola Pedrinho”, contou o Professor Nado que também ressaltou que está com a consciência tranquila por ter feito uma campanha limpa. “Construímos uma união para São Leopoldo e contruímos um conjunto de propostas viáveis. Não estamos propondo um novo hospital, e sim, uma certificação para tornar o Hospital Centenário escola. Chegamos nesse momento felizes, porque a cidade se levantou e compreendeu e tenho certeza que o resultado mostrará isso. Estamos acreditando com muita fé que chegou a hora de São Leopoldo.”
Durante a conversa, os candidatos também reclamaram dos ataques que sofreram ao longo da campanha e das fake news. “Fizemos uma campanha muito linda, que passou uma mensagem de paz, que não perdeu tempo criando fake news, ao contrário, nós sofremos com isso. Ontem criaram um perfil falso dizendo que o Professor Nado tinha desistido da candidatura. Isso só rebaixa nosso processo político. Não podemos permitir que alguns personagens se criem porque não trazem nada de bom para o processo político”, afirmou Arthur Schmidt.
Os candidatos que já votaram, passarão o restante do dia visitando as escolas em bairros importantes, como a Feitoria.
