A parceria com o curso de medicina da Unisinos marca um novo momento do Centro Médico Capilé, responsável pelo atendimento de especialidades em São Leopoldo. Será o espaço de práticas da Escola de Saúde da universidade, onde se realiza atividades de ensino em serviço com grupos de alunos acompanhados por professores dentro da disciplina de Clínica Médica. Entre as novidades estão: cardiologia, neurologia, pneumologia e, como novidade, endocrinologia e infectologia.
O corpo técnico é composto pelos estudantes que iniciaram na atenção básica na UBS Cohab Feitoria em 2017, que têm seu ciclo de formação vinculado à rede pública da cidade.
Com a ampliação dos agendamentos nas Unidades Básicas de Saúde (UBS), algumas especialidades apresentam baixo tempo de espera. É o caso da psiquiatria, que dentro de seis dias já é feita a consulta. Alguns exames ginecológicos e pequenos procedimentos dermatológicos são marcados em apenas três dias.
O secretário da Saúde, Ricardo Charão, destaca as medidas de gestão que foram adotadas para aprimorar o atendimento. Por exemplo: o horário das consultas. “Antes as pessoas se aglomeravam às 6 horas da manhã, pois era por ordem de chegada. Além disso, tudo é por teleagendamento, sem o usuário precisar ser indicado por ninguém. Essa parceria com a Unisinos e a gestão municipal está sendo fundamental na ampliação e qualificação dos espaços e atendimentos”, ressaltou.
