Autor da denúncia sobre perda de mandato do vereador Marcelo Buz (DEM), o pastor e suplente Perci Pereira (PP) estará no Berlinda News Entrevista de amanhã, 26, às 9h30. Pastor Perci fez o requerimento que virou a Comissão Processante. O motivo é o fato de Buz ter passado 15 meses em Brasília como integrante do governo federal, descumprindo a Lei Orgânica, segundo Perci, que não “permitiria” a licença por tempo indeterminado. O vereador David Santos (PP) e o PP leopoldense também assinam o requerimento.
Buz por sua vez, tem a seu favor uma portaria assinada pelo então presidente da Câmara de Vereadores, vereador Ary Moura (PDT), concedendo licença por tempo indeterminado sem perda de mandato, embasado no Regimento Interno da Câmara.
