O Centro Jacobina conta com mais um canal de acolhimento para as mulheres vítimas de violência: o número de Whatsapp 519788-3212. O serviço da Prefeitura de São Leopoldo, oferecido através da Secretaria de Políticas para Mulheres (Sepom), está trabalhando com teleatendimento desde o início das restrições impostas pela covid-19 e esta é mais uma forma de facilitar o acesso das mulheres ao atendimento.
A mulher pode entrar em contato pelo Whatsapp ou pelo telefone 3592-2184 de segunda a sexta-feira, das 8h às 17h. Segundo a coordenadora do Centro Jacobina, Ana Cláudia Pinheiro, o número de Whatsapp visa aproximar as mulheres do serviço “A gente busca facilitar o acesso das mulheres ao atendimento, a acolhida, para tirar dúvidas e até encaminhamentos. A gente vai conversar com a mulher por ali e, havendo necessidade de um atendimento mais especializado, as técnicas entram em contato com a mulher para agendar a escuta”, comenta.
Ana salienta que disponibilizar um número de Whatsapp é muito importante para essa aproximação “Esta é mais uma ação que a gente está desenvolvendo para chegar nas mulheres de todos os cantos da cidade. Que este seja mais um canal de diálogo e de denúncia, para a mulher pedir ajuda”.
A coordenadora do serviço também reforça que a mulher deve ligar para o 190 em caso de emergência “Em uma situação de emergência a mulher deve ligar para o 190, da Brigada Militar, ou para o 153, da Guarda Civil Municipal. Claro que se ela entrar em contato com o Centro Jacobina nós vamos ajudar e orientar, mas o 190 é o canal para emergência. É a Brigada que vai até o local e registra o flagrante”, completa.
