O ex-presidente do Aimoré, Felipe Becker, irá compor uma das Comissões Disciplinares do Tribunal de Justiça Desportiva do Rio Grande do Sul (TJD/RS). Becker, que é advogado e conselheiro do time índio e do Sport Clube Internacional, teve seu nome indicado pelos dois clubes. Segundo o presidente do TJD-RS, Peri Silveira, seu nome foi unanimidade para compor uma das comissões. “O nome do Becker foi muito bem aceito entre todos os nove auditores. Foi unanimidade, pela sua experiência no futebol”, lembra Silveira.
O Tribunal de Justiça Desportiva é órgão autônomo, previsto na Lei 9.615/98 (lei Pelé) e CBJD – Código Brasileiro de Justiça Desportiva. É composto, em seu pleno, por nove auditores indicados na forma da legislação supra referida; com 2 (dois) membros indicados pela entidade regional de administração de desporto, no caso a FGF; 2 (dois) membros, indicados pelas entidades de prática desportiva (clubes) que participem da principal competição da entidade regional (FGF;); 2 (dois) membros, representantes dos atletas, indicados pela entidade representativa; 2 (dois) membros, advogados indicados pela Ordem dos Advogados do Brasil – OAB, no caso OAB/RS; e 1 (um) membro, representante dos árbitros, indicado pela entidade representativa.
Conforme o presidente, em 1ª Instância o TJD possui quatro Comissões Disciplinares, cada uma composta por 5 auditores e dois suplentes. “O Becker fará parte da segunda comissão disciplinar”, destaca.
O TJD não possui vinculação, tampouco obediência hierárquica à entidade de administração da Federação Gaúcha de Futebol. A entidade julga a totalidade dos processos disciplinares envolvendo a modalidade no âmbito estadual e as questões envolvendo as suas competições, observando a legislação federal e o CBJD . “Os auditores cuidam dos julgamentos na primeira instância”, diz o presidente.
Os auditores não são remunerados, sendo o exercício da função considerado de relevante interesse público, possuindo mandato pelo período de 4 (quatro) anos, podendo ser reconduzido uma única vez. O presidente do TJE e das CDDs tem mandato de 2 (dois) anos no exercício das respectivas presidências, podendo ser reeleitos.
Felipe Becker diz ser uma honra e um desafio enorme compor umas da comissões. “Primeiro fico feliz pelo nome ser lembrado. Para mim é uma honra e um desafio muito grande compor uma das comissões. Julgar atitudes de atletas e clubes para mim, que já fui dirigente, pois todos sabem minha história com o Aimoré, será difícil. Conheço muitas pessoas no meio. Mas como disse é um desafio e ao mesmo tempo um compromisso com o futebol”, comenta. A posse ocorre nesta sexta-feira à tarde, a partir das 15 horas, será online, porém, apenas integrantes do TJD farão parte.
